Tara thrives in her role at Madsen Medical, which began in 2011 after a career start at a long-term care facility. Her quiet, confident, and professional spirit shines as she prepares patients for their appointments, answers questions, prepares prescriptions, arranges to consult appointments, etc., and assists New Image with light-based treatments.

A little about Dr. Madsen

I was raised in a cold and windy corner of northwest Iowa. It was there I learned that change is not bad and thinking out of the box often brings the best results. And this is the approach I have taken in practicing medicine and caring for my patients.

My wife Roxy and I have three children who live with their families not far from us. Thus far, we have been blessed with five firecracker grandsons that we love spending time with.

Windy, Assistant Manager

Windy is a well-known fixture at Madsen Medical, having worked in many capacities since 2011. You will find her helping to manage the patient experience with scheduling, other patient communications, billing, and medical records. If you have a question, she will find the answer.

As Dr. Madsen’s furry companion, Sammy is here to help you feel welcome and at ease when you visit us at Madsen Medical.
