A little about Trisha, CNP

I was born and raised just west of Chillicothe. Growing up, I was taught to check in on one another and quickly developed a deep level of love and compassion for other people. When I was 12, leukemia took the life of my cousin at the young age of 10. It was then that I knew my career would be in healthcare. His nurses and physicians' support and love showed me how I could use my life to impact others' health and well-being.

My husband Matt and I have five children together. We have two who have graduated and are living out of town and three still in school. We spend a lot of time at sporting events and enjoy traveling and making memories together.

Tara thrives in her role at Madsen Medical, which began in 2011 after a career start at a long-term care facility. Her quiet, confident, and professional spirit shines as she prepares patients for their appointments, answers questions, prepares prescriptions, arranges to consult appointments, etc., and assists New Image with light-based treatments.

A little about Dr. Madsen

I was raised in a cold and windy corner of northwest Iowa. It was there I learned that change is not bad and thinking out of the box often brings the best result. And this is the approach I have taken in practicing medicine and caring for my patients.

My wife Roxy and I have three children who live with their families not far from us. Thus far we have been blessed with five firecracker grandsons that we love spending time with.

Windy, Assistant Manager

Windy is a well-known fixture at Madsen Medical, having worked in many capacities since 2011. You will find her helping to manage the patient experience with scheduling, other patient communications, billing, and medical records. If you have a question, she will find the answer.
