    Initial Assessment and Consultation

    Before becoming a member at Madsen Medical, we ask that you schedule an initial assessment and consultation. During your 45-minute assessment Dr. Madsen will take a detailed medical history, examine you, and get to know you and your health goals. If you decide to continue your care with us, this fee will count as your first month’s payment.

    Monthly Membership

    Once fully enrolled with Madsen Medical you’ll be set up for automatic withdraw of your monthly membership fee. This comes with all the benefits of direct care including unlimited visits, 24/7 access to your provider and our in-house labs and pharmacy. See all the benefits here.

    $100/month or $1,100 billed annually to receive one month complimentary.
